I'm excited about a tournament i have tommorrow and its making me feel like i have to take a number 2?

I know it sounds weird, but thats what happens. The tournament im entering is very competitive and i really want to win the whole thing and thinking about the tournament right now is making me have to take a number 2.Is this a flight or fight response or what?
