i'm pretty regular throughout the week (if you know what i mean), but once the weekend comes about i will not go at all! Come monday when i get into work, i'll usefully go 2+ times. it really interrupts my work day being a monday. i tried those really gross chewable fiber tablets fr/walgreens and i'd eat the max. recommended dose/day. i don't know what else to do... any further suggestions?
