i've been friends with this guy for about 3 years now, and we have so much in common as we do friends, i've always thought he was cute but thought nothing more of it...recently i've been seeing him alot, we meet up now and then just to catch up, he's really sweet and i feel all tingly when im with him, how do i know he feels the same with out jeopardising our friendship? i would ask a friend to ask him but i dont want nobody to know...and he is really private when it comes to talking about girls, he never discusses it!

  1. This actually happens quite often. If you don't want to jeopardize the friendship then don't ask him out. But if you are willing enough to ask then give it a go! :P

  2. i think that its best to be friends with the guy b4 you date him. if you like him (since you'vebeen friends sooo long) tell im how you feel.

  3. Quick story...I met this girl when I was 15 yrs old and known her for the past 15yrs. We've had the greatest friendship and at times we would have these moments where we just wanted to be more than friends, but never took that step forward. Throughout the years we always seemed to tell each other how come we never went further than our friendship...we never had an answer for each other and when we did talk about it we were always in a commitment with someone else. So, just recently 2months ago we hung out until 3:30am partying it up and just having a great time. We were at the point of no return...we wanted each other like we never have before, but unfortunately it was too late as she is already spoken for and we both held back that night. We had a long discussion after that night about it and knew that we both regretted our past for not taking it a step further. So my advice is to you is go for it. Till this day, not "trying" to take our friendship a step further was the biggest mistake/regret of my life. Don't let this be yours either.
