I'm fed up of this ghost following me around having fun, how can i get ride of it?

I live on my own with my 5 pet cats. This ghost keeps tugging the top of my tee-shirt every now and then from behind, i took a photo of my bathroom i had just tiled and i could see a mans face in the reflection on one of the tiles,one night i could hear it walking towards through the grass and stopped near me, now and then when i'm walking my footstep noise was out of sych,when i stepped the sound came after, and now in my house the corner table flickered on and off and went out, i was thinking the bulb had poped, when looking further the switch on the power plug was switched off on its own, i switched it back and the light came back on, you think i'm joking, well i'm not. How can i get ride of this ghost.

Apparently on Most haunted the haunted person says,

are you there?,  in a quiet atmosphere, and then politely asks the ghost, to go to towards the light 3 times. it is supposed to work!

when ever the ghost is near u or u feel it is near u......... try telling him/her tht u noe he/she is there (i havbe hear tht most of the ghosts don't even realize tht they r dead) and u r there for help and wait for reply and also tell them tht u have done nothing to then and ask y r they following u and y haven't they moved on? ask them if they need help..........be polite and sound confident like u r not scared
