  1. go to your doctor and ask about antidepressants!  they are awesome!  everyone in my family is on one, and i've been on one since i was like 14 and i'm 20 now. they really are magic drugs! :)

  2. when i get depressed i usually try to be near my friends or family. I listen to music. write. draw. paint. go on a walk. play with my dogs. anything like that. i never sleep because for me it only lets me dwell on the negative

  3. chill out.. get yourself a massage.. have a hot relaxing bubble bath.. listen to mellow music just chill yourself out and think of nice pleasant things.

find a place that you love and thats quiet where you can go and forget all your worries.

    do some excercise anything..

  4. If you "have reasons" it may not be depression, but sadness and/or frustration.

Get some physical exercise daily. Walking is great.  Spend as much time as you can in the presence of upbeat people.

Take two Valium and call back in the morning.  The Valium won't make anything better, you just won't give a dam_.

  5. without knowing what your reasons are, I can tell you that exercising is a great way to boost endorphines (the same chemicals that make you feel happy).  You also sleep better at night after a good work-out (I know depression sometimes affects sleep).  Working out at a gym is best because you're in a social environment without having to talk to people.  Make sure you bring your own music with motivational songs like "move along" by All American Rejects or "Let the bodies hit the floor" by Drowning Pool.

Other than that, community service like helping out at a homeless shelter or volunteering to play board games at a nursing homes helps you understand that there are bigger problems out there for you to be depressed- it also helps you realize how blessed you are. Feel better!

  6. tell us for what reasons so that we can make you feel better

if you don't want to then the only thing I can say is that everyone has his own problems and you should try yo get along with it.a human being is created so strong that he can handle anything that's what I BELIEVE

  7. I suggest therapy and perscribed medication first off.

What else can help is by writing, talking with close friends, or family, and excersizing can help a lot because how you feel physically can drastically effect your mental state.

You are going to need to push yourself to see the light at the end of tunnel but I assure you once you have reached it all will be well.
