I'm feeling really depressed..and I don't no what to do. Can you try to cheer me up?

please can you say things that can cheer me up and not push me down?

im listenin to goth music and i dont no what's rong wit me. ='( im starting to cry. but anyways please help me.

  1. Share your feelings with someone else. Get them off your chest.

    After you finish crying, reach out to someone.

    Sometimes those female hormones can bring us down.

    Make plans to do something fun with a friend.  Take a day trip.

    I'm sorry you are feeling so sad.  Please stay safe.


  2. you have no reason to be depressed, you are in one of the most intresting times ever recorded in history, life is short, why would you be depressed...

    Eventually you will be happy so whats the point of staying sad right now.  There is so much going on outside the world isn't going to stop and wait for you to cheer up.  GO see a movie; pick up a hobby; get of the internet right now and go read a book; anything is better than this

  4. You are not depressed you are feeling low.  It really annoys me when people say they are depressed eg. its raining i am depressed.  Believe you me if you were depressed the last thing you would be saying is say something to cheer me up!!!!!

  8. I am sorry, i know how it is feeling deprex and i also sometimes feel deprex. It is bad and nobody is with me often. Depression is not for any reason for many people, other times depression comes when we have really problems. But maybe you are also so young and you are starting to feel depressed. Then most of women have depression at any age and we can be strong to live with it. If you want you can come to visit me to nyc saturday so we 'll can have fun together. But read before my question below and i hope you'll answer.

  9. Yeah sure. I'll start by tell you to seek professional help. not people on Yahoo answers. Talk to someone you trust who can give u positive and helpful advice to deal with depression.

    Second, the last thing u should be listening to is Goth music. So depressing!!! Sorry to say but No wonder ur depressed!

    Go outside and be happy to be alive. Thank God for letting you see this day! LIFE IS GOOD!!!! EVEN ON OUR WORST DAYS!!!

    your mood. Any more than listening to Leonard Cohen helps me.

    Think of all that you have, that others will never even see. Ask yourself what it is that makes you so sad.

    Tell yourself how lucky you are to have people that genuinely love and care for you.The food you eat, the clothes you wear your freedom,Everything around you that is there for the taking!
