  1. Get a doctors appointment!

You must have other symtoms ...

    No appetite?

    Cramps in the stomach?

    Have you got pain?

    Any fever or chills?

How long have you felt like this?

    etc...

The old remedy I have heard for queasy tummies is to sip flat lemonade and eat dry crackers, well chewed, if you can but I have no idea what is up with your problem!

    Other Questions would be...

    are you pregnant?

Do you have 'woman' troubles?  [sometimes can cause nausea]

    Have you eaten something bad

...like off milk or ice cream?  ...old meat?  ..etc?

    Go see a doctor

    ... or ring a nurse!!!   <--- NOW!

  2. It sounds like you probably have a virus or food poising. You should probably stay hydrated but drink something like gatorade, which has electrolytes, or mix salt and sugar together to form an electrolyte mixture so you don't get dehydrated because you're losing a lot of fluid.

You'll also need a lot of rest.

If you can call a friend or family member to help take care of you.

  3. not really unless it goes on so long that you get dehydrated, then you'll have to go to the emergency room and thye will give you anti nausea meds through an iv and get your body fluids replenished. other than that, not really, sorry. just try to keep fluids down, drink gatorade or sprite if you have it

  4. If you have any mint tea, chamomile tea, fresh sliced or grated ginger root tea, ginger ale in the house, or a friend who's willing to go to the shops and get you some, all of these things can help, and help quickly.  I also find water w/ the fresh juice of half a lemon in it helps me w/ nausea.

Blessings on you, hope you feel better straightaway.

  5. Exudations of the kind are not good signs.  See a doctor.

  6. This could be a multitude of things. If vomiting persists for over 24 hours, definitely visit your doctor. It could be an infection of sorts, or possibly food poisoning. With all of the contaminated foods going around now, you need to watch out.

  7. O man, go see a doctor as soon as you can. Foam is never good.
