I'm feeling really weird from this self hypnosis video

Ok. I was watching this self hypnosis video last night (Aug 06) on youtube that I stumbled upon. It was awkward, the whole point of the video was to make you relax, so I watched it on my bed on my phone. I followed the instructions like it said and soon I became in a state of trance. When the video finally told me to snap out I did, and I felt relaxed. The thing is though, I can't seem to get out of this relaxation state. I feel very awkward, like I feel mostly lazy and I feel that I dont want to do most of the activities I usually want to do. Sure I'm relaxed, but at what cost? Something deep down inside of me tells me this isn't natural, sort of like being brain washed, while another, larger part tells me to ignore it. Please help, I just want to stop feeling this way.   1. hypnosis is not a state of mind, but a belief. No one can truly be "hypnotized" the mind believes it is being warped, so the body does as the mind says, following the state of hypnosis. Dismiss the though that you have been hypnotized, and all will be alright.

It's all in your head.  Hypnosis isn't like it is on tv where you go into a trance forever like that guy on office space.  It is like being in a state of heightened awareness and makes you really suggestible. And all hypnosis is done to yourself, no one controls you into being hypnotized if you don't want to be. Maybe you just managed to let go of something that has been stressing you out and you aren't used to feeling this calm.  I wouldn't worry though, you can't really damage yourself from hypnosis.

    It simply relaxed you, quite normal. You simply never came out full of energy

    - was it late at night?

    - was you tired before you started?

    - was you planning sleep after anyway?

    It is ok for this to happen, you have to stand & take a few deep breaths, move about a bit.

    This is one reason why it is best to have full insight into what your doing in any aspect of your life, what can youtube actually tell you, apart from help create fears?
