Question:

I'm fifteen and don't have that big of arm muscles, what should I do?

My dad has a very nice work out set for lifting weights and other exercises and he also has many, many dumbbells. What should I do to get bigger. I have the time to do a workout everyday.

  1. Alright man here is what u do u start out light on all the exercises I'm about to tell u about then when u get comfortable with the weight slowly move up to the next weight like 5 lb. difference. Curls, Butterflies, Bench Press, Incline Press, Decline Press, Lat Machine, pull-ups, and push-ups always work.


  2. Start using the weights.  Ask your dad to work out with you.  Start light and slowly build up.  Go online and look at exercise routines.
