I'm fifteen and i live in CT. How old do I have to be to get my driver's permit?

You can start getting a Driver's Manual, and they will let you have it review and take a Driver's Exam if you passed they will give you 6mos or 1yr for studying to drive and go to Driver's Education Class.

According to the DMV website, you have to be 16 to apply for a learner's permit.

"Learner’s Permit Requirements:

Applicants must wait until their 16th birthday before they can apply for a Learner's Permit. Applicants must pass a vision and a 10 question knowledge test in order to obtain the learner’s permit."
