I'm 18 and have had experience as a Barback only, it's really frustrating when no one even replies to e-mails or phone back. Am I doing something wrong?

Totaljobs.com, Monster.com, Gumtree.com I find jobs which I reckon I'd be good at (Data entry for example) But none of them ring back or some of them want experience!

Please help and give me some tips!

  1. I've found that its a lot harder to find a job online.. I have had luck with craigslist.org, but you might want to just go out and look for hiring signs.  Since summer is ending there should be a lot of job openings, also you could try a temp. agency.. they find the jobs and set up the interviews for you!

  2. your not alone, I'm unemplyed, same bullshit, you never hear back form them, or if yo udo have an interveiw, you are doing a job that i am WAY overqualified for, still no luck.

the economy sucks balls due to the election and these stupid gas prices.

  3. Make yourself look and sound confident

don't give up until you have got one.
