How big should my arches be because I'm flatfooted? My feet are 11 inches long. I'm 18 and I'm 5 foot 9 1/2 so how much would that add to my height? (My feet are flat as pancakes)

  1. Actually it won't add all that much height.  Your heel and the ball of your foot are still flat on the ground.  The arch is just that, an arch.  It makes your foot flex when you walk.  Orthopedic inserts will not increase your height.  (Well, maybe a sixteenth of an inch, or however thick the heel of the insert.)

  2. i recommned you go to a podiatrist and get your feet looked at.  i have a similar problem and the orthodics work very well
