I'm flying from sardinia to London with British Airways .. How much should my suitcase weight?

I'm planning on bringing with me only one suitcase, but what if I wanna take two? How much should they weight each? (in kilos, please). Someone told me that they are charging very much for overweight luggage, I really don't wanna take the chance!

I bet the British airways site could tell you anything you want to know. I can tell you that overweight luggage charges on any airline are criminal.
