No problem.  You will have to turn them off during take-off and landing... the cabin attendant will announce when and let you know when to turn them back on.    But except for that, you can bring and use them on board.   Happy flying.

Yes you can,  but be careful with it. Put it in a safe place and make sure you don't accidentally misplace it ;)

Absolutely.

If you've flown before, you probably know to not be using them during takeoff.  With expensive electronics like a Zune and a DS, you're going to want to have them with you in your seat, especially if you want to use them while in air on the plane.  By going on the website of the airline you're flying, you should be able to find the maximum dimensions that a carry-on can be in order to have it with you on the plane.
