none of the airline companies do. unless its really big. a big purse is fine but not too big

the bag can't be over a certain size or weight. if it's a purse, than that's fine, but if it's actual luggage they "WILL" charge.

1 carry on bad, 40 pound limit, 62 inches max (L+W+H), is allowed free of charge. 2 checked bags are allowed free of charge, but the 3rd comes at a $100- $125 fee. Maximum of 50 lbs per bag.

they do not charge for carry on bags last time i flew United.

last time i flew their airlines was 11 months ago, so i'm not entirely sure if they changed that.
