It's gone midnight where I live and there a humming noise and it's loud it doesn't stop just constantly there so I put on my glasses and I look outside there is nothing there except a light in the shape of a trapezium

It's not from my neighbour or my house I'm a lil scared I'm not joking I just woke up and i live in wales so you know its midnight. just tell me what to do
