I'm freaking out, HELP!?

I think my little sister swallowed a penny, i'm paranoid that something might happen to her while shes sleeping or something. I'm really scared, she's 11 months old. Is she going to be ok??

She'll be ok, what ever goes in comes out right? This happened to a friend of mine and he turned out to be okay.

she will be fine. As long as she is breathing and talking it means that it is not blocking her air way. She will pass it through her system

As long as she's breathing normally, she'll likely be fine . It will pass in her bowel movement. But to be on the safe side, I'd call the pediatrician.
