Ok so I am going to Six Flags in a couple of days. I am ok with most rollercoasters, but I get very nervous. I've been on Rockin Rollercoaster at Disney, but I'm worried about like the Ninja. I rode Goliath a little while ago but I didn't like it because it was all hills. Please help with positive or nice advice!! Please no rude remarks because I'm kinda scared! Thanks So Much!!!

  1. It will be fun, just don't be nervous. Get pumped up and excited about riding it! If you start to do bad, just close ur eyes and think happy thoughts. =)

  2. just dont think about it and calm yourself down and close your eyes

  3. simple......... if you are scared......... DONT GO!!!!!!!!!

  4. calm down probablenot that scary

    have fun!

  5. Here are a few tricks.

    1. Just get in line. The first roller coaster I ever got on I didn't even realize it was a roller coaster. I was in line for a ride that I thought might be fun. Then I got in my seat, looked ahead, and saw several twirls and such. Obviously, I was freaking out. But it ended up being the best ride of my life. So just get in line. This will encourage you to stay in line and not back out of it.

    2. While you're waiting in line, try doing some jumping jacks. Believe it or not these will help calm your nerves. Trust me, I've done this before and it works.

    3. You could also try taking deep breaths, especially when you're sitting in the seat for the coaster just about to leave. Try using the old trick and count to ten too.

    4. If none of these work, than you could go a little bit more extremem with it. Have your friends/family blindfold you and then choose a roller coaster for you, and keep the blindfold on until you start moving on the coaster. I don't know if this would actually help that much, but you never know!

    5. One last trick: work your way up. Start out with a fairly small, easy-going roller coaster. Then move to a bigger one, and a bigger one. That way you will still be able to have fun and slowly build your confidence up.
