I've graduated from an American system highschool but I've never taken SAT or ACT before. I've sent my applications to RMIT since February applying for the mid-year intake. I'm applying for a 2 years Diploma (and planning on going for an Advanced Diploma on the 3rd year graduating with a Bachelor Degree). But the process could not be done because they are asking for my SAT results. I asked them the reason as I dont see any reason because I'm applying for a Diploma program...of Fashion!!!But they said since I graduated from an American system highschool,SAT is required cos its equivilant to Australian's Yr 12 grade.

The problem is,the next SAT test date is May 3rd and I'm scared that it'll be past the deadline. I really really want to join this semester I cant afford to lose this chance. Do you think they can be flexible with this somehow...someway? I'm desperate. And I really just want to study.

  1. No, your SAT results are a requirement.  It would be like an Australian applying without end of school exam results.  Not possible.  Good luck with the bureaucracy, but it's there for a reason.
