I'm not sure of all the logistics of studying in the US, but I know that you have to first apply to the school and get a student Visa. Also, you have to usually have a good score on an english proficiency exam. Schools on the west coast usually have a lot of foreign students from Asia, so it is not impossible. Many school's websites have international student sections that can give you specific information about the school's requirements for foreign students.
