Yes it will, it's considered a legal document.

hmm as long as it shows your birthday and that birthday is a date that is calculated to be over 21 it should work.  But is your driver's license an india driver's license?  I dont know if they would take that.  they would probably want to see your passport. It would probably work in Nightclubs in the casino they will be a lot more strict.
