I'm from ireland going interrailing for 1 month around europe. how much money will i need?

i will be staying in hostels mostly and travelling from ireland to amsterdam, hamburg, berlin, prague, austria, italy, france.

A minimum of 50 euros per day - staying in hostels, eating mostly cheap food (cafes, bakeries, pizzerias, creperies, kebabs, street stalls, ethnic food, etc.), paying admission only to the most important sights and museums, and not spending lots of money on bars or clubs.

75 euros per day would give you a lot more flexibility - many more meals in real restaurants, an occasional private hotel room instead of a hostel, no worries about admissions to sights, and bars and clubs whenever you want.
