If someone tells you that you have to be a US Citizen is not correct, the regulations mention that you have to be at least US permanent resident, but if you are applying for a top security job then you have to be US Citizen, I was in the Army and I know a bunch of regulations, plus I know people that joint like me been resident of this country, now I am US Citizen.

As long as you have your citizenship from the United States then you can join the US Forces... otherwise you cannot.

Yes as long as you are a legal resident you can.

And as for the comment about joining the Moroccan army,  have you been in it?  They go months without pay, sexual harassment from other males is insane as is hazing.  s***w that.
