  1. No you don't need a visa to work in Holland if you hold a UK passport

  2. No you don't. Are you going to work as a prostitute?

  3. No, you don't need that. Depending on whether or not you have a job lined up though, you might need some other paperwork though - go to your local employment office.

    Good luck!

  4. No, you are European and so is Holland.  Enjoy...

  5. No, but you will need a residency permit.

  6. I suppose copying is considered a compliment but I personally find it very rude because the first answer from 'Takano'  is actually mine, and copied word for word.  Actually it is insulting because she has not even read it and deleted the additional comments which make no sense to this question!

As you can see, this is my answer from last month http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?... and copied verbatum!  I would also add that this is completely against the TOS of Yahoo and very reportable

Anyway to answer your question, you can come to NL to work no problem and to find a job.  Officially you do not need a residence permit (but many employers will ask for it anyway, plus it is handy as a form of ID).

You just need to register with the local town hall (gemeentehuis) and obtain the BSN number.... but you can read all this in the copied answer (or my link when the first answer is hopefully deleted!)

  7. Aimme, is that what you do?
