I'm from the US, how would I go about getting a job in Canada?

I've been to Vancouver before and it was awesome, I'm going back in a few months and I think I want to stay there for awhile and was thinking about getting a job there. Either there or Whistler.

Assuming you are a US Citizen...

Canada doesn't allow anyone to just enter their county and start working.  

You have to apply for a Work Visa and still it is not easy to obtain one unless you have a skill that is in demand in Canada.

Contact the nearest Canadian Embassy or Counsalate for more information on obtaining a work visa.
