  2. yes u do. the best thing u used do is find out the wensite for the u.s. embassy in spain, especially in the city where u will be in. register with them, because if you need to rent a car, you will need a temporary driver license from spain. i am not sure but i think u can only used the u.s. license for about 2 months.

  4. the rule is if your there for over 90 days,  you need a student visa....  make sure you look up all the documentation necessary for it.....there are like 7 consulate throughout the country... each consulate covers a certain district.. like for Penn, conn, and New York ..all have to  go to the consulate in NYC. You have find the consulate for your state

  5. Yes... check out the US Customs website fo exact info on what you need.

    I would also check into a Mastercard, they have better rates sometimes.
