would say like a pot head. The manager of the private club I work for asked me why do I speak so "smooth" very mellow. I was shock, I told him I have always been this way and in my mind thought of maybe the bilingual side of thinking and then speaking so right then I told him maybe it was because of that. Now thinking about is I don't do that, Is just who,how, I am. Been there for 9mths and got drug tested out of nowhere which I pass. But just cause I speak this way does not give them the right to drug test me and the main manager asked me y do I speak the way I do. That makes me feel like some discrimination going on, I don't care cause I know who I am but what do ya think?

Sorry, but they have the right to drug test you anyway. Don't take offense. Just be glad that they care enough to make sure that people on drugs don't work for them. It was not discrimination. I talk weird too in a way. I am southern so I have an accent that I get mocked for too.
