  1. well even tho I'm not into the reality thing I'm about to watch big brother then peep show and Darren browns trick or treat. i don't live in Ireland so i don't know what they watch.

  2. Claire, The Tudors is American & Father Ted may seem Irish but it's a British programme

Edit: Ireland & UK would carry a lot of the big name American shows like The Simpsons, The Sopranos, Lost, CSI etc

Both the UK & Ireland have their own soaps & various current affairs programmes as well other imported soaps from New Zealand & Australia

  3. c**p reality shows, channel 5 pseudo p**n, cheesy american sitcoms, depressing british soaps and the greatest show of them all Top Gear

  4. Shows from the US, lol.

  5. they watch our shows, the popular ones, and then they have shows like ours as well, but their comedies are hilarious

  6. In Ireland: We have UK TV, American shows and our own channels (TV3, RTE) which have some Irish made shows like Fair City (soap), The Tudors (period drama), The Late Late Show (chat show), Father Ted (comedy).

The biggest difference between American Tv and British/irish is the adverts...we have them less frequent and ours are far more artistic/intelligent!
