  1. If the shed has good air circulation, no drafts, will keep the rabbit cool in summer it may be a very good place for it.   Keeping your rabbit outdoors may expose it to roaming dogs or raccoons that are a danger to your rabbit (they'll eat toes or whatever else they can pull though the wire).

If your yard is well protected by a rabbit-friendly dog day and night, and the hutch is well placed, and in shade, the hutch might be fine outside.

I much prefer a rabbit shed that stays cool, has ventilation/windows, and can be locked if need be.  Plus I like to store rabbit food/equipment in the shed, too.  My rabbitry is big enough that we can house several rabbits out there plus extra cages and equipment.  We have room to work/play, too.  We spend lots of time out there each day.

I'd go for the shed if it will keep your rabbit cool and has good ventilation.

  2. Indoors http://www.rabbit.org/care/index.html

  3. hmm... if the shed has good ventilation and has plenty of fresh air coming in that's great, outside it will be in danger from its predators like cats, raccoons, stray dogs etc.. even if you back yard IS fully fenced cats can get ANYWhere they'll even jump on the fence and climb over

in the winter i would suggest give your lil bun a warm place to be. rabbits are EXTREMELY sensitive animals. and if the  temperature is too HIGH or to LOW  it will  hurt them, especially dwarf bunnies. and make sure the hutch has a solid roof so that your bunny can be protected by rain. but honestly all rabbits are really much happier and live longer when indoors, you can spend much more quality time with it. And outside if  you live near traffic or a main road something as little as a car honk can literally scare them to death. :)) hope i've helped
