I lived in America and met my fiance while i lived there. now my dad says getting my visa might go faster since I've already lived there and they already have a lot of my documents?

Since 90% of the wait is waiting for the people in the line in front of you to be processed you should not count on it.  Fiance/fiancee visa applications are processed in the order they are received.
