sereno.  because it may well be a urinary tract infection (UTI), and all UTIs should be properly diagnosed andb treated with a short course of antibiotics, you should visit asn soon as you can your doctor or clinical lab to get a rapid Dipstick urine test for a URI and, if positive, start on a course of prescription antibiotics to prevent spread and damage to your kidneys and elsewhere.
