I'm buying a used pocket pc for a really good price from someone (it's hp ipaq rx1950). And I want to inspect it before buying it, what internal "defects" should i be looking for?

  1. This is what cnet reviews said about that device when it was new. Don't forget WM5 is old, WM6.1 is current. That low memory is a concern for me. Yes, it has a SD slot but some addons would need to be installed into the mail storage.

    Quote;

    The good: The thin and light HP iPaq rx1950 features integrated Wi-Fi and Windows Mobile 5, and it has outstanding battery life.

    The bad: Unfortunately, the HP iPaq rx1950 lacks Bluetooth and has low onboard memory.

    The bottom line: Light, thin, and ready for just about anything the business world can throw at it, HP's iPaq rx1950 is a strong performer but falls short with lack of Bluetooth and low memory.

    Hope that helps
