I'm getting braces tomorrow!!!?

i'm getting braces tomorrow, plz tell me how badly they hurt (give me an example).

ok i just got  braces on last wednsday, and i had them before, so they feel like you are constantly pushing your teeth back. a lot of pressure, on the teeth with the brackets on them, and its monday now and i can just start to eat a chips ahoy cookie without too much pain. but you can rip your food into pieces and chew with your back teeth. hope i helped

imagine a 12 inch blade being stuck thorugh your head, thats only half of it... just kidding. The only thing is your teeth are going to feel tight, and tender. you wont want to eat or drink for 3 days, but after that you will be fine. they don't hurt too bad, but they are uncomfortable.

It will be rather sore the first week or two! PLus getting them on is a real pain! It hurts to eat for a few days, and your gums will be VERY swollen! After getting your braces have a smoothie, or a milkshake! Try and refrain from foods like thick toast, steak, and chips for a few days! Remember, they will hurt, take some tylenol or asprin! And the first few days is the worst pain you'll be in for your whole term!

Well when you first leave the orthodontist, your mouth will feel strange. For me, my teeth didn't start to hurt until it was night time. Your teeth will feel very sore but, take some advil or something and try to eat soft foods. They'll hurt for a few days.
