  1. dont worry about it, you will be taught how to do it at the eye doctor and then you will ge tused to doing it after a while, no need to be scared

  2. It's easy, don't worry about it. There's nothing to it. I've been wearing contacts for years. I invented a new way of putting them in that was different than what my doctor showed me. The one that goes in the right eye, I put on my left index finger and pop it in. The one that goes on my left eye, I put it on my right index finger and pop it in.  (He told me to put both in with my right index finger.)  Whatever works... you'll be OK. Don't be nervous.

  3. this is logical, i was the same way when i first got mine. the eye doctors bring you in to practice putting them on, and wont let you take them until you can put them on correctly. it took me about 2 tries, and once they were on, i couldnt even feel them. putting them on and taking them off is a very simple, pain free process, and all you have to do is keep in mind how great you'll look with them on, and how people will notice the change and compliment it! :3 to overcome your fear when putting on/taking off, breathe slowly, relax yourself, and concentrate only on the iris of your eye, and the slowly put the conact in/take off, and its over in a few seconds

  4. I was a little hesitant the first time I got contacts, but it becomes second nature after a couple weeks.

I use both hands to put my contacts in, even though the doctor said you could do it with one.  I couldn't get the hang of that.

I put the lens on my left index finger and use my right hand to hold the eye lids apart and then pop it in.  Very quick and easy.

Just make sure you wash your hands before putting in your contacts.  You'd be suprised how much greasy fingers can burn!

Also, make sure you clean your lens before putting them in and taking them out.

Trust me - way better than wearing glasses and if you get the kind you can sleep in, you almost forget that you are wearing them.

    Goodl luck!

  5. yea, don't worry too much. I got my contacts at 14 and I have totally forgotten the first time I even put them in. Just listen to everything your eye doctor tells you and do it at home. Remember to keep your lenses clean at all times.

My friends sister dropped her contact on the floor of glitter and didn't wash it properly. So it cut her eye and she had to have surgery.

So just remember to not be stupid. and keep them sanitized always.
