  1. sapphire

  2. You mean you want an additional color to add to the black and white? Do you want something subtle or bright?

I really like the idea of using a fuschia or aqua. I think they add a nice accent.

  3. I think a light cream-colored pink.

  4. red and ivory

  5. BRIGHT YELLOW. AFTER ALL IT IS SUMMER!!

  6. umm anything goes with black and white....... for my wedding i'm goin to have silver and white for me and my future husband, and gold and blue for my brides maids. I haven't really decided on flowers... I want something different.... that all i know. But seriously any color will go with black and white.

  7. Red, it is the color of passion and in roses the color of your true love.  Very rich looking.

  8. if you are a pink person i would definitely go with light pink. it would be beautiful!!

if your not...then dark red would also be real nice

if you chose other colors..i would do a light pastel color.

when I think of black and white i think of those black and white photos  and some photographers will add a hint of light colors with photoshop. i think those are amazing!

GOOD LUCK on your wedding !!

Best of Wishes for you and your significant other!!!

  9. oy. Do you HAVE To have Black and White? It's a bit cliche' -but if it is absolutely in your heart to do that, then get very pale assorted calla lillies. Pale yellow, pale pink, a soft kelly green. you could possibly use tulips also -they last long. Also pale.  Black and White is a stark colour scheme, as they're strong colours and contrasting, so you want soft colours to make up for the harsh contrast. It could look very nice, just please do not use RED.  That is totally cliche' and boring and yech. (sorry if someone already did that combo)

  10. well red is cool

  11. Do all white flowers; roses would be best.  In pretty vases with a black ribbon around them.  Poka dots would be pretty cool..  or maybe even a pretty black and white ribbon tied around the vases?

  12. Some of those wild colored lillies. They're orange and black and white or something. Beautiful.

  13. Well black and white with red or blue or yellow would look nice but i 13 and ima guy so i dont know. I think it will look good. If you still cant deside go to Las Vegas take a number and get married. LOL

  14. blue is a cool color, and i guess it goes with black and white lol

  15. July 9th already passed

do you mean august, or july 2009?

  16. A red would be nice and different

  17. Red flowers would make it pop.

  18. Yellow/red..Happiness/Love...Congradulat... .....Blessings Yahoo

  19. red or pink will go with that

  20. Red if you want to add some "flare"!!!

  21. In my opinion a red would do. Or perhaps a dark or light pink. However, no bright colors. Black and white do not go very well with bright colors. A few other colors might be a light sky blue, a navy blue, gray of any kind would also work, and a dark deep green. These would be good for a beautiful wedding.

  22. lavender or a deep red

  23. periwinkle

    or a soft red

  24. PINK & PURPLE

  25. Turquoise would be pretty!

  26. If you want just white and black flowers, one of these might work.  You even use a single flower  with beautiful ribbon.

-black “Queen of Night” tulips with white tulips.

    -white orchids are always beautiful.

    -white roses and black roses.

Other white flowers: Gladiolus, Lilacs, Carnations, Gardenia, Calla Lily, Apple Blossom, Magnolia, Narcissus, Aster, White Lilies.

If you use white flowers you can add more greenery then usual  to make the bouquets stand out against your dress and the flower girls.

If you want to add a colour you can pick almost anything.  Lots of people add red but for a July wedding you might want to a summer colour.   Get your colour idea from flowers in season. Another idea is to add silver as the accent for a more elegant feel.

On tables, use white flower arrangements in black ceramic vases. Tie an accent coloured ribbon around the neck of the vase for emphasis.

Or you can use crystal vases with white flowers and accents of green for a fresh summer feel.

(there is a black and cream one, and they are silk)

    Bridesmaid Dress:

To make your dress stick out, if the theme is black, red, and white, You have the white and they will have the black and red. Yours will stick out since its darkest/ brightest. The colors on theirs will be different so theirs sticks out too.

If you already have the dresses you have are black then tie a red sash on them and give them red roses.

  29. I am getting married next July as well!!  I am doing black, ivory and blue so would have to reccomend that!

  30. Since it's summer, I would do a lighter color - sea foam green, lilac, pink, etc...
