I'm getting married in Cabo San Lucas in December 2008, best hotels for 75 guests at a good price?

I'm going to need about 40 rooms, I was wondering what hotels would offer the best discounts. Also as far a a reception on the beach as well. Also any other helpful advice would be appricated!
