  1. dont eat fast food and oily things,

  2. Eat a nice chicken caesar salad, and I would recommend you sip on water, not gauge on it. The last thing you want is feeling like you have to go to the powder room on your wedding day.

Avoid anything Salty and Carb filling.Eat an energy bar if you have to.

  3. Congratulations :)

No salt, sodas, beans, cheese or white bread.

Just eat grilled chicken salad the night before, make a sandwich when you're getting ready and have plenty of water. Make sure to eat before the church otherwise, you'll be pale!!

    All the best!!

  4. Don't have anything with a lot of salt and don't drink any soda.  Soda will make you feel really bloated.  Drink lots of water.  Don't overeat this week.  Try to eat really healthy.

  5. avoid fizzy pop

my friend cuts out dairy to avoid feeling bloated

    cut down on salt

  6. It might be different for everyone, but for me SALT is the main culprit. Avoid excess salt and be sure to drink a lot of water. Water helps the flush out the bloat.

  7. Stay away from white foods (e.g., potatoes, pasta, rice, etc.) and salty foods.  This should definitely do the trick.

    Good luck!

  8. maybe i should eat cork but i want to eat okra. if i dont like to my food i ll avoid than my wedding only my new wife wants to marry i like that and i ll marry with her after i ll go honeymoon:p

  9. Avoid Salts, High Levels Of Carbs & Drink Plenty Of Water.

    =)

  10. watch sodium and sugars, greasy foods and fatty foods.  Drink lots of water and teas!

  11. eat very little but enough to give u enegry!!

  12. Go easy on carrots...most people aren't aware that carrots, fresh or cooked, are higher in sodium than most veggies I know because during my pregnancies I tend to retain a lot of fluid..with my first I was put on a very low sodium(salt) diet .....carrots were on the avoid list.

beans, cabbage, broccoli, brussel sprouts . cauliflower, corn....are 'gassy'.

Go easy. Dark green leavy veggies...easy on carbs & fatty foods...plenty of water, green & black teas...avoid sugary fruit juice......drink fat free milk and careful on too much fiber-can cause gas as well. trade white rice for brown/wild rice mixes. lean meat proteins.....soy can be gassy so ease up on that too...good luck.

    ..and don't forget the Beano!

  13. Hey Kate. . .CONGRATULATIONS!

That's fantastic, I hope (though i don't know you) that its a special day!

I would suggest eating just nice light salads; white meats in smaller portions. . .and just generally eat slowly (if you give yourself time to digest you probably won't bloat).

    Hope this helped. . .

. . .Bloated slightly or not, i'm sure you'll look beautiful!  Have a great day!

  14. 1) Avoid salt in anyway. Look at the labels for "Sodium" stay away from that the most.

    2) No soda(pop) in anyway it also has sodium in it.

    3) Stay away from veggies such as (cabbage, broccoli, beans any sort of Bloating, gassy food)

Stick with lean meats, salads, water or juice(watch for sodium in some), whole grain breads, and fruit.

Just watch what you eat in that manner and you should be good to go. The day before stick with plain foods, simple foods, and lots of water to keep hydrated.

Have fun,Congrats and I hope your day turns out wonderfully.

  15. Just eat normal and healthily. No booze. Don't eat a lot of salt.
