You went to the dentist because of your malaligned teeth in the first place. He is the one who is helping you out here... I think your the one who is being mean and dumb. You need not be scared... he should be scared if you think he is mean. All this is because I'm a dentist myself...

don't be so scared, millions go through this. Its only going to hurt a tad and your dentist is not out there to get you.

Lol,, well even if the dentist is mean, he will do his job and he should do a good one. he is a certied dentist so dontworry about it, as hard as this may be, as you sit on that chair, relax all your musles --and your heart and pretend youre like in a spa--anything that you like. and let him/her do his job :)

my advice is to take advil right after your braces are put on.

ir really helps cause then you wont feel the horrible pain like

some people describe.
