I'm getting my hair dyed...?

i have a VERY limited budget so i cant go to some high end salon my choices are: fantastic sams, master cuts, great clips and super cuts which place would be best?

and i cant dye it myself

but fantastic sams is good too

i dont like great clips or super cuts

theyre kinda bad

NOT Supercuts (or any of the listed salons for that matter!). They are not professional and have no idea what they are doing. They were simply trained to cut straight and shampoo and that's all they can do (properly)! Save your money and splurge for a real salon when you can afford it!
