I don't know why but being in a 'forced' sleep just really doesn't seem appealing to me, not to mention that the dentist had to cover his *** and said it might be potentially fatal...

  1. awake if u going to drive u cant be under some nitrous oxide

  2. Get it done while awake if you can.  The anesthetic made me so sick for days when I got mine out that I thought it would've been better to do it awake.   Be prepared to be really sick for about a week. I was when I got mine out.

  3. If you have the guts stay awake. No recovery time etc and its safer. Luck.

  4. I had all four taken out at once when I was 15 and I will tell you, if you can sleep after the surgery for most of the day, it will help. I was awake for the surgery and I can still hear the cracking of my teeth on occasion - ewww.

    Good luck.

  5. Well trust me your going to scream as if someone penetrated you  butt with a machete..Any way stay awake and do something for fun like playing video games chat with your GF  smack your reflection in the mirror.Annoy your sister by farting in her room.Enjoy whats left of your peaceful life.

  6. Go to sleep!

    Ensures no pain.

  7. I was awake. It was boring, but I'm glad I didn't go under.

  8. sleep is best

  9. honestly i suggest you go to sleep. i have had three impacted wisdom teeth removed completely awake and it hurt. but it wasnt boring.

sleeping through would add a lil extra recovery time but it might by worth it so u dont get bothered by the yanking and drilling at the tooth

good luck and i hope u make the right desicion for urself

  11. Go to sleep, you won't feel a thing and you'll be happy you did it that way.
