  2. All the advice everyone is giving you is excellent.  I have been there also.  It feels like at the time that there is no hope, but I promise you it will get better!!!!!!  Another suggestion that helped me was my relationship with God.  I spent alot of time praying and reading my Bible and finding out that we can do all things through Christ Jesus that strengthen us.  If you are not saved asked God to come into your heart and forgive you of your sins. Believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for your sins so that you may have everlasting life.  When you become saved the old has passed and you are a new creation in Christ.  If you have any unforgivness towards someone in your life you have to let it go even if it means letting it go everyday, God cant answer our prayers and forgive us until we can forgive.  I know because I had to let go of things and when I did, it gave me peace!

  3. Ok.

DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT run away or commit suicide.

I have felt that way before.

You are not alone, there are tons of people out there that probably have the exact same problem that you do.

-Try some activities to get your mind off of it.

    -Get out more XD

-Think about the good things in life.

-Turn off your brain once in a while, and just relax.

Here are some other advice tips from a website.

--Pace yourself. Don't expect to do everything you normally can. Set a realistic schedule.

--Don't believe all of your negative thinking, such as blaming yourself, feeling hopeless or expecting to fail. This thinking is part of depression. These thoughts will go away as your depression lifts.

--If you can, get involved in activities that make you feel good or make you feel like you've achieved something.

Social supports such as family, friends and support groups are beneficial.

--Put off doing things that you find too difficult at the moment. Avoid making big

life decisions during a depression. If you must make a big decision, ask someone you trust to help you.

--Avoid drugs and alcohol. Both make depression worse. Both can cause dangerous side effects or get in the way of letting your antidepressants work.

--Try not to get discouraged. It'll take time for your depression to lift fully. But treatment works for almost everyone.

--Exercise. It not only gives you a distraction but also seems to cause a chemical reaction in the body that may make your mood better. Do it as much as you can.

  4. First of all, let me tell you that the thoughts you are having are temporary. We humans benefit from and are burdened by more complex emotions than other animals.

The thing about life is that it changes. It's the one constant. Change. Days change into night. You change. Luck changes. Moods change.

The thing to realize is that time is your friend. Just wait long enough and things will change. They always do.

Here are a few things you can do to help you wait it out. Exercise. I know it sounds corny. But exercise releases serotonin, the body's natural "feel good" hormone, into your blood stream. Walk at least 45 minutes a day and you iwll start to feel your mood lift.

Eat to help your mood. Some foods --fish, green vegetables and Brazil nuts--have been shown to raise your mood.

But most importantly, do not isolate. Reach out, as you have done today by posting on Yahoo. Keep posting. Pick up the phone and call someone. See a doctor and tell them what you have been feeling.

The person you are and the way you are feeling are very different from the person you will be and the way you will feel, in time.
