  1. People react to drugs in different ways so no one can predict what you'll do.  My husband wakes up quickly feeling alert.  My daughter was embarrassed when she found out she had told the doctor how cute she thought he was. I have a hard time waking up and feel groggy for a long time.  They've heard it all and don't pay any attention to what you say so don't worry.

  2. No it doesn't.   You don't have to worry about anything you might say.   As soon as you are sleepy,  the dentists have cotton and stuff in your mouth,  and there is no way you can say anything.

You are sound asleep,  a medical induced sleep,  that is too deep to make you talk anyway.

  3. No it doesn't. You may, at most, feel a little bit loopy once you come out of it, but that's about all.

  4. I was given sodium pentathol, and it made me laugh for several hours after I woke up.

  5. There are medicines that may be given to you that can make you hallucinate or not be able to see when you wake up.

  6. No the medicine they give you puts you to sleep. All you need to be aware of is blood. and pain. When you get home you may sleep. But I had my wisdom teeth taken out and I was in no pain.
