My communication skills towards others are fluent and understandable. I am very determined with my extended work, which will be shown through my attitude, behavior, and work towards others.

I dont think that's what I would put. This is a place for you to put things that you can share with others, like- do you play an instrument or sing? Do you swing dance or paint? Things like that. Communication skills would go under other qualifications. If  nothing else, the paragraph needs some editing. If you must use it, try it like this:

I have excellent communication skills; I speak clearly and understandably.  I am very determined with projects and I am a hard worker. Also, I have an excellent attitude and work well with others.

(they are going to assume that you are fluent in whatever language they speak at the facility and that you are well behaved. Also the word 'towards' with the words work and communicate lead people to think that you are going to do it to them, not with them. If I were old, I would want to be communicated with and worked with, not worked to or communicated to. )
