  1. Exercising and eating healthy are always good ways to lose weight.

Possibly you don't lose weight very easily but i think you should stick with this good plan for another week and if no results come in try seeing a doctor.

  2. dude ur only burning 310 cals you need to lose more than that.

then u will be losing weight

also think about the muscles you could be gaining inplace of ur weight loss

  3. Keep this up eventually you will lose weight. I used to not exercise and eat cr**. When I went down to 1200 calories and exercised every day, it took me 2 weeks to even lose a few pounds.

Good luck! If you really feel your not losing any weight maybe go to a doc as you could have a prob preventing you from losing weight.

  4. give it a little more time. sometimes it takes a couple months. plus, realize that muscle weighs more then fat so you are probly gaining muscle n thats not showing up wen u weigh yourself. put away the scale n judge by how ur clothes fit, but give it another month or 2.

  5. Calm down and relax you are trying to hard and if the body doesn't recieve enought input for what it's out putting it will store it and find it from somewhere !!

So be sensible eat properly and exercise moderately and weight will fall off you!

  6. Your body needs time to rest and take it vital vitamins and minerals to replace the ones lost during exercise and also to repair muscle growth.  See a fitness adviser they will help you.  When i was an advisor i use to find the same problem in people so i changed the type of workout, the intensity of it (how hard), the frequencey (how often), the time (how long) and the type (cardio, toning etc).  It does take several weeks for your body to adapt to what your are doing so dont expect to see results straight away.  Also just eating salds and little bars does not help, you need a full balanced diet! the body needs a certain amount of fat reserve for it to function properly and plays a vital role in aerobic exercise, carbs are needed for energy but dont overload on carbs as you will not burn any fat and protien is needed for muscle repair.  During the first 20-30mins of exercise your body uses carbohydrate stores.  Once these are depleted the body uses fat stores.  If you use all the fat then the body uses protien and protien is stored in the muscles.  If this does happen then you will see that you will loose muscle mass and definition and can be detrimental to health.

    I hope this helps.

  7. loosing weight is an unreliable way to measure your goals rather take measurements of key fatty areas eg waist thigh and chest it is working just be patient the results will happen its only been a week after all

  8. If you are doing "toning" excercises and working out with weights, you are probably building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat.  Add some arobics to your excercise program, keep conciencious of what you are eating and the weight will come off.  Have patience, good things come to those who wait.  Keep up the good work and stay determined.  Good luck!

  9. Have you had your thyroid checked?  If it is messed up it could cause weight problems.

  10. eat weetbix

    eat salad for lunch

excercise at a gym   not at home

take drugs    im joking   dont take drugs =D

    eat seafood

  11. Join A Club Or A Dance Or Fittness Organization ? (If Yuu Like That Sort Of Thing?)

  12. You're going through what I like to call the Magic Game.

You keep working hard and see no results.

But here's the kicker, one day, and I'm not sure if this day will be very soon or later, but one day you will see huge results overnight.

Until that "magic" day, however, you're going to have to sit tight, Lucy.

  13. It sounds like

    1) Your body has hit a plateau.

    OR

    2) Your body is keeping the fat as a safty mechanism.

If # 1 is the case, I'd skip the muesli bar and/or the bread on the sandwhich and make it a salad.

If #2 is the case, don't workout as much.

  14. The exercise is great but you have to also have good sleeping habits, and watch the calories you take in vs the calories your burning with your exercise.

  15. keep up the hard work with the exercise and eat right

you'll notice it sooner or later

  16. Your diet needs ALOT of work.  Sorry to break it to ya that way.  Go to bodybuilders.com and check out a few of their meal plans.  They are quite practical.

  17. hey, slow down sweet girl, do your realise that muscle weighs more than fat? you need it eat well or you will get sick, dont over do the exercise. you need to have a break from it at least 1 day a week for your body rest. just remember, if you eat well, exercise regularly your body will be healthy and correct weight for your sized frame

  18. Maybe you already are in a perfect weight and you can't lose any more, but don't put pressure on youself. it'll make it worse!

  19. Eat less.

  20. Try Alli or Weight Watchers.  It would help to know your current height/weight.  Make sure you're not starving your body too much, this will make it go into emergency mode and hang onto everything it does get.
