I already am vegetarian, but I'm going for vegan.

Vegans don't eat meat or dairy products, which takes you away from alot of sweet you'll probaly miss. I have many sites i use with useful recipies. I use vegan society, farm sanctuary, and countless of others. I shop at kroger has a good selection, with a whole section for itself and a lot of money for it. Basically, any store can have any organic or veggie food in-stock, your best bet it to find health food stores in your area. Best of luck with veganism.

Congratulations on your decision to live compassionately and consciously.

Vegans don't eat anything that doesn't grow from the earth.  NO animals (obviously), no milk, cheese, eggs, gelatin, etc.

You will have to read labels maticulously and learn to spot animal ingredients, even when they don't say "milk" for example.  Casein, whey, lactic acid, these are all "dairy" ingredients.

If you search "vegan recipes" online, you will find millions (literally).
