Depends on when you go.  The U.S. govt. has just changed it again in the last 30 days.  You wont need a passport until June of 2008.  Book with a travel agent and they can give you that information as well as all kinds of info you might need.  They will give you the same price as on the internet and will be glad to help you and they don't charge you.

  8. No, travelling by cruise ship you don't need one until 2008. Only air travel requires it at this time.

  9. NO: Beginning on January 23, 2007, all persons -- including U.S. citizens -- traveling by air from Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean, and Bermuda will be required to have a passport in order to enter the United States.
