I'm going on an airplane, and I don't wanna be sick for my vacation. does airborne medicine work well?

If you are talking about catching a cold on a plane, then yes it works very well.  Note: it is not for motion sickness.  

I recommend taking one tablet before you leave home, one on the plane, and one when you land.  It also helps to bring hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes for the tray table and armrests on the plane.

well to be honest I'm very travel sick and thought the first time i flew it would be terrible but you can hardly feel the plane move but you can buy travel sick pills and they do work although they tend to make you sleepy but i doubt that you will need them happy vacation

there is a patch that you can wear behind you ear.  You will need to get it from your doctor

There are medicines for motion sickness if that is what you mean. As far as the airplane, drink fluids, and eat healthy prior to your trip.  You should be fine unless you get stressed out from the travel.
