I'm going on birthright in a week?

We are flying El Al. I heard that alcohol is free on this flight, even in economy class. Is this true.... Is it unlimited? I have a hard time sleeping on planes without a couple drinks in me. How hot is it going to be? Do I need to bring an electricity converter...on the packing list it says to pack one but I do not want to buy one for $25 and not not need it. Does anyone have any last minute advice on what to definitely bring or not bring?

yes alcohol is free on flights, they come around just before each meal (not breakfast...lol)

they will refuse to serve you alcohol if they see you are abusing it.

if you have a hard time sleeping on planes rather take a sleeping tablet before the flight.

israel this time of year is very hot, with no rain, in tel aviv its humid, jerusalem slightly cooler.take with you only summer clothes with one light jacket for the odd coolish night.Dont forget to pack sun screen.Take with you a converter, u will not be wasting money, they can also be purchased in stores in israel.

i would take a cell phone (which is unlocked for overseas use) and while in israel get myself a pay as you go cell card.
