I'm going on holiday for a week in costa blanca, spain. does anyone have any info on the nightlife there?

It's the alicante/murcia area but i'm willing to travel a little.

Basically i would like to know where the best clubs are and what days and times they open til?

I mean, are clubs in spain like in england as in they're only good on a fri or sat night or are they open and good all week (mon-sun)?

Any info would be really appreciated!

Hi, in answer to your question about clubs opening in Fri Sat more people of course yet during the week many discos, bars, and clubs have quite good ambient. Still you must go better late , meaning maybe discos don't get cooking until 1 am. on weekdays. Weekends they are ready so you must go earlier. Around 11.30-12 pm is good. Also many discos also open ion the afternoon for a younger public or less than 18. Here I write you down a link where you can find about having fun in la Costa Blanca:

double click and pass then on left side choose Leisure and it will scroll into bars, discotheques, cinemas and the works. You can click e.g. discos and there comes a list of best discos in Costa Blanca with links timetables, and even you can access maps and instructions. Same with bars, cinemas, clubs etc..
