I'm going out of town, and need to know how to transfer money from paypal to my bank account without the net.

I do not think there is a way. call them.

Call PayPal and ask if you would be able to do it through the operator over the phone. Also, most hotels have a complementary computer for their guests in the lobby. Instead of a password, they ask for a code given to you when you log in to the account when you click on contacting customer support. You can write down that code for when you need to call them.

not sure it can be done but if there is a library where you are going just drop by there and use one of the public pc's to do it. have fun!

you can't. it's a net system that uses the net for security and calling wont help since they cannot ask for your password.
